eJamming requires that your hardware is sampling audio at 44.1kHz (44,100 samples/second).
If you’re on a Windows computer, you MUST install the latest low latency ASIO drivers for your hardware (which you can download from your hardware maker’s website) or download and install the universal ASIO4ALL driver from www.asio4all.org.
[NOTE: On Windows, if you can not configure your hardware to sample at 44.1kHz, then you MUST download and install ASIO4ALL.
You also minimize latency with ASIO.
See the ASIO and ASIO4ALL tab on Connecting Your Gear topic above for detailed instructions how to configure ASIO and ASIO4ALL to minimize latency by lowering the number of samples in an audio packet to 256]
Where is eJamming Preferences?
On Windows, you'll find it on the eJamming File menu.
On Mac OSX, it is on the eJamming AUDiiO menu.
Once you've opened eJamming Preferences, CLICK the AUDIO tab (it's on the far left)
